Since 2009 the developers at the Salesforce Superheroes have been building and maintaining CRM databases for clients across the US. Whether you need a basic configuration or a custom database written in Apex code, we deliver elegant solutions on time and within budget.
Meet Our Founder
Tyler Hudson began coding when he was twelve and started working as a project manager at twenty. He founded both the Salesforce Superheroes and its parent company The Nerd Whisperers, LLC to help clients use technology to make their companies more efficient. During that time he's done work for small businesses and multi-million dollar corporations, start-ups and large non-profits. This broad experience allows him to get to the heart of your business quickly and identify places where technology can make a difference to your bottom line.
Tyler built his business on the belief that your needs are unique even if the problems you're facing aren't. From defining project scope to delivery and support, we always help you determine what you really need so the software we develop is custom tailored to your business and actually works for you.
The Development Process
The first thing we do when you contact us for help is to arrange a one-hour consult with one of our lead developers. This meeting is free of charge and allows us to learn more about your business and the specific problems you're facing. Our team will then meet to analyze the project requirements and write up a formal quote that outlines your vision, the scope of the project, and how much time we think it will take to make it happen.
If you like what you see, we'll sign a contract and get to work. All time is billed out on a per hour basis. Our developers keep detailed logs so you can see exactly where your money is going. As the project takes shape, we'll be in regular contact to make sure we're executing the plan the way you envisioned it. Our work doesn't stop until you're satisfied with the product--whether it's something simple and functional or a more complex system with all the bells and whistles.
After that we'll remain available to resolve any bugs that turn up and add new features if or when your needs change. Best of all is that you'll own all the source code, so you can rest assured knowing your custom software is only working for you--not the competition.
